Want to Run but Rain....what to do.....rest lor..
I suspect I tapering down too fast...is always a mental problem here that suddenly u did not run the normal mileage, you will feel your fitness going down...
I only ran twice this week, 8.6km on tues and 4.3km on thurs....
Hopefully the weather permits and I can run this sunday morning...if not, I may go berserk!!!!!
