The story starts on 30 dec.......we had a dinner meeting to iron out all the uncertainties and doubts
31 dec....spent the whole whole and afternoon trying to sort out all the admin and paperworks.......slept for just an hour in the afternoon before leaving my house for steamboat buffet dinner....reached home early and try to go to bed but failed........downstairs having some party and is very noisy.....until midnite past and new year came...so did the fireworks and also the fire engine and ambulance.........got a sms saying got to move out early...so there goes my last minute nap before the big thing
1 jan 3am........The big thing....Click-4-Klick started at Bedok Reservoir...I was one of the ground coordinator and pacer
Other then Tekko and Teelee and myself..the rest are there to support the start or 1st half of the event.............5 laps completed at Bedok Reservoir
I went on with Cfred to pace the Champion to MacRitchie Reservoir
Things happens, plan changes, supporter came and goes, pacer came and goes...The Champion completed 5 las at MR and heavy downpour came...and we ara forced to think of another route and changed to running Lornie Road to Sime Road and U-turn
and She went on to complete 13xUP and Down Lornie Road................and finally ended on 2 jan 9am
and throughout the whle 30hrs...I only slept from 2 jan 3.30am to 5.30am................
That's explain why I took so long to write this posting.........
and I am amazed by the amount of support from friends and organizer.......especially friends who are called last minute to come down for help and they stayed throughout the night with us..........and organizer who actually came down on 1 jan holiday to prepare the stuff .........
