Slack run.........

Although i cancelled my IPPT, i cannot cancel my weekend run...but I want to sleep a bit more...damn...still need to drop by office for an hour or 2 later

Someone jio me to MR...start at 7.30am...that means need to wake up at 6am...i dun want...if i go take IPPT, i need to wake up at 5.30am...i also dun want....decided to do my own run later until an old fren of my from uni jio me for a run to start at 8am!!...that's a good option

So I decided to join her and her fren.....she wanted to explore more routes to run on her own so I decided to them to MR ranger station via venus drive and back....

both did well to complete the run...happened to meet lokun doing his 1st LSd back in Spore and also Ms J just behind him.....but this is really a slack run for me....never wake up so late and start running at 8.30am......took 1hr and 30min for about 10km.......

good decision to cancel IPPT, my throats seems to be not so good...due to the long working hours for teh work week andmy heatiness started to raise again....hopefully, i can control it before i go back to the green in 10 days time
