Eat in Hong Kong: Maxim Airport Roost Goose

After eating Roost Goose Drumstick from Yung Kee, I never forget the delicious dish so even on the last moment at the Airport before leaving Hong Kong, I chanced upon Maxim Food Square and there is Roost Goose hanging in the counter. Without thinking, I asked for Roost Goose rice and upgraded it to Drumstick with extra cost....Ymmmy

Is not as good as Yung Kee but is very nice as well...especially the fats!!!
