unexpected journey to pasir ris at nite few weeks back....i decided to do it again in the day....but this time...to extend the route to run thru pasir ris park and end at loyang point for breakfast........................................................... I increased the load today..so i am running with 1.5L of water, 2xtowels and 2xtee
It was a good morning run of 17km, completing in 2hrs 15min including stops and halts.......

How do you post the Mapmyrun map to the blog? I tried copying the html codes as instructed but nothing is displayed.
