Found on the web with many blog saying this is the best wanton mee in chinatown. Easily missed because in front of it is the old man selling delicious pancake. Google map is also not showing the correct position. Tried my luck and finally found it....I must say the noodles is smooth and QQ...easy to slurp...the wanton is nice...the char siew is just nice...not too fatty and not difficult to bite..the soup is something we can only get in old Singapore....I love this wanton mee.

Shop in Hong Kong: Outdoor and Sports Shop
Hong Kong has a lot of hills and hundreds of hiking and running trails. No Doubt there will be a big market for Sport and Hiking Equipment. Been to Hong Kong 2 times and went to a couple of them. Most if not all the outdoor or running equipment are much cheaper than Singapore and the variety is definitely wider. Many quality brands especially from Europe can be found in Hong Kong but not here in Singapore.
Here is a list I have compiled. If there is any you know and I missed out, let me know in the comment.
Refer to respective website for their locations as some of them are still opening new stores or shifted their stores.
1) Chamonix Alpine Equipment
http://www.chamonix.com.hk/
I put this on top of the list because this is my favourite and must visit store for any trail/ultra runners or hikers. The store is conveniently located in Mongkok near to Mongkok MTR exit. Went there for both my trip and they always have some reason for sale and I mean real sale. My last trip got 30% storewide except for some brands like TheNorthFace which is 20% off with certain minimum spending. I saved a lot on some equipment from this store because of the huge discount. They have energy gels...unfortunately, other energy food are limited..Good range of backpacks, clothings, trekking poles, headlamps and hiking boots.
2) RC Outfitters
http://www.rcoutfitters.net/
Another favourite store I like. They have a store in Mongkok right in front of MTR exit. Whenn you visit the store, walk the stairs to 5th and 6th floor is faster than taking the elevator. Minimum Spending of HKD$500 will entitle you a free 2 yr membership. More Spending of HKD$2000 within 2 years will get you a free VIP membership. Discount can be huge for some items and they have membership promotion on some items. Good range of backpacks and hiking stuffs and energy food. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Main brands are Berghas, Montane, Tri-ton, silva, Tatonka, Treksta....

This is a small store at Mui Wo on Lantau island which targets ultra and trail runners. The former owner is an experienced and established Ultra Trail Runner, Jeremy Ritcey. He has returned to Canada and sold the store to another owner. Nice little store but getting to it is a bit tricky. Take ferry from Central Pier 6. At Mui Wo pier, turn left to the row of shophouses where MacDonald is and walk to the far ends round the corner. Opposite Park and Shop.
